The meeting organized under the chairmanship of the Director of the Forestry Agency N. Bakirov with the participation of employees of the central apparatus, system organizations and heads of farms discussed the implementation of documents related to the sector.

It is noted that in April of this year, the number of tasks to be performed by the Forestry Agency in the "Ijro.gov.uz" system is 65. Of these, 10 are the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 46 are the decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and 9 are the tasks of minutes of meetings held in the presence of the Head of State.

Today, in the "Ijro.gov.uz" system, 5 tasks for which the Forestry Agency is responsible have not been completed on time. In particular, according to the report of the Presidium of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 10, 2023 on the extension of the execution period of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-244 dated November 10, 2022, Appendix 4, Paragraph 16, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan An offer was made to the administration.

Also, in the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to develop the social and production infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2022-2024" dated January 22, 2022 PQ-98, 35 tasks were given, and today 32 have been completed per day, and the remaining 3 are delayed due to the irresponsibility of the contracting organizations.

During the meeting, the issue of delays in the execution of documents related to the industry was highlighted.

It was noted that by establishing a systematic control over the execution of legislative documents and assignments, increasing the demand for organizations in the lower system in order to strengthen the execution discipline, and to organize a permanent control of the assignments.

To discuss the status of execution of tasks in the "Ijro.gov.uz" system every day with the participation of the heads of structural divisions of the central apparatus, to ensure that appropriate measures are taken, to start the working day with the organization of the execution of tasks in the "Ijro.gov.uz" system the introduction of the procedure was mentioned.

In the future, issues such as ensuring that the state of execution of tasks in the "Ijro.gov.uz" system will be critically discussed twice a week (Monday-Friday) at the meetings of the Forestry Agency with the participation of the heads of the system organizations.
